SuperLite II-XL uses a special gel to achieve its extraordinary fire resistance. Not only does the fire retardant unit insulate from all the effects of fire, it also provides excellent accoustic insulation.

Bullet, hurricane and blast protection, custom art glass, even specialty environmental glazings can be incorporated into the make-up to increase energy performance. Combined with our SAFTIfire GPX aluminum framing, SuperLite II-XL can be used for wall systems of any size without restriction. SuperLite II-XL uses durable tempered glass, not annealed glass used by other fire resistive glass products. Tempered glass is 6 times stronger than conventional annealed glass. Avoid costly replacement from impact damage!
