SAFTI FIRST has been involved in fire rated glazing and framing technology since 1978 and was the first American company to offer clear fire protective and fire resistive products to the US market in 1982.

Today, we offer the most comprehensive line of products in the industry:

Patented, low-cost, CPSC Cat. I and II safety wired glass.  Does not provide radiant heat protection.

Building codes limit safety wired glass rated 60-90 min. to 100 sq. in. in temperature rise doors due to radiant heat concerns.  Please see SuperLite II-XL for sizes that exceed 100 sq. in.

SuperLite I (20-30 min.)
